David Cummons has been my service technician for quite a while. I'm in my 60's, lived in 6 states, having my share of service experience. David is the best technician, of any, in any area that I've ever had. His manner is kind and informational. He is an expert at his job. Always finds the problem, when there is one. Always fixes the problem. He is thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure our units are kept in top condition for their workloads. Maintains the units appearance as well as workings And, he never leaves a mess. I always TRUST his judgements and recommendations. He always happy and to love his job. His work ethic should be admired and rewarded.
