Very knowledgeable and thorough! Jamal recommended the most cost efficient correction to our issue but gave options for more aggressive corrections. Wonderful to have all the information to make a well informed decision. It’s refreshing to have an AC company that doesn’t price gouge and is honest! Our old HVAC system was original to our house and needed to be replaced. We worked with Justin Shelhorse at Spencer A/C & Heating and he was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions. The value was very fair and balanced. Oscar Chavez and his team of technicians did an awesome job. The job was competed in one day. This included the removal of the old system and installation of the new. The crew took the time to clean up before they left and did a very neat and professional job with the layout and placement of equipment and ducts. Oscar was very personable and walked us through the setup process and equipment installation. I definitely recommend Spencer A/C and Heating for your HVAC needs. Awesome job team!
