Purchased a heat pump system last year and was just getting a service check to see how the unit was preforming. I had a couple questions about the unit and Ray took the time to answer all my questions. When the unit first needed to be replaced, Ray went over options and again took time to explain ‘why’ so I could make a decision on what to do. He will think through any issues to make sure I’m not having just to swap out something to see if it improves.
