The Service was outstanding and overall a great experience! Tne lead install technician and service technician made a great team with outstanding communication, not only with me, the homeowner, but with the overal Spencer Team. It's very rare to find a company that can strive there very best to satisfy an instant gratification-appreciation to a solution! Being on top of your game on a Monday morning is challenging and Spencer Air made it look easy! My issue was a little tricky, evap coil on a 8 year old high end efficiency Lennox which had been told to me by several a very difficult system to service. I had the inevitable refrigerant leak in the 8 yr old evap coil. Diagnosed at 9am, under warranty confirmed, replacement Lennox evap coil that went through a model change since 2016, picked up at Lennox counter, and installed and completed by 3pm, same day! I know I'm a perfect world this certainly can't be achieved 100% of the time, but on July 29th, AC peak season, that's exactly how it went down. My home felt like a refrigerator by 5pm. I can't say enough how thankful I am for tnis company lead by leaders! Keep it up!!
