20 years experience with Spencer, never failed to do what they say, when they say. Met Scott for the first time and he was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to answer questions,troubleshoot a noise(we thought it was but it was not the HVAC equipment) and get the bi annual service done.
