Jeremy arrived and quickly went to work. Ignoring the blazing sun and the fierce winds, he attached the grille to the back of the PTAC securely. Upon completion he rang our doorbell and informed us of the project's successful conclusion. He then drove away, carefully following all municipal laws regarding the operation of a motor vehicle.

What a great install! The minisplit was mounted exactly where we wanted. The outside was just as impressive; the line set was the exact length, so no coils hanging on the wall. The condenser was mounted on brackets to keep it off the ground and the drain line was very nicely trimmed.

Just kidding! But who likes a boring title, right? These guys were GREAT. They arrived when they said they would, were careful to keep the wood floor from damage and took time to explain things very well. Every worker with whom I had contact were courteous and professional. Each interaction I have with personnel from Spencer reinforces my decision to use them as my go-to company for HVAC.

We were using a different company for the last 5 years and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. We then called Spencer heating and air which diagnosed and fixed the problem that couldn’t be fixed from the other company with an hours. We now have a new co. To work with.
