Charles is friendly, knowledgeable and knew immediately what the problem was. He had the part on his van, installed it promptly and the A/C unit started cooling right away. Charles went the extra mile by checking the refrigerant level and washing out the condenser coil. Because the technicians on the web site are wearing pink shirts, my first question to Charles was, “where’s your pink shirt?” He ‘got it’ and laughed at my silliness. I like Charles!
