This August day, at about 4pm, we arrived home from out of town to a house with an indoor temp higher than outside. The first thing I did before unpacking the car was call Spencer Air Conditioning and Heating. I was so glad to get a person who advised after hrs service was available and assured me a tech would call between 5 & 6pm. We heard from David who was still on another call but he kept in touch to let me know he would be out that evening. When he arrived, he knew right away what the problem was and within 30 min I could feel cooler air coming out of the vents. He worked on our outside unit to be sure all was working well and in good order before closing out for the night. He was courteous, professional and explained all that was needed. By 9:30 pm we were well on our way to a cooler house and could enjoy a good night's sleep. Thank you, David !!
