Liz did a great job ! My issue was that we experienced a noxious “burning oil” smell when the heater kicked on after a power outage. She went through the unit, cleaned the blower section out, checked the ductwork for any “disconnections” and found none. No smell. She then went to Aux heat (propane) and the smell returned. She suited that it was coming from the initial “burning oil” of the propane and I agreed with her. I’ll let it burn for an hour or so, run fan-only to air out the house and check it again, I’m very pleased with her taking the time to thoroughly investigate the issue.
