Above average service companies are only successful if they have above average employees representing their best interests. My experience with All Heart Heating and Cooling is a great example of Management allowing their employees to make decisions that can raise the level of their company’s service quality to a level that separates them from their competitors. I was initially told by their logistics team that their technician could not come back out to troubleshoot my AC which was acceptable but disappointing. However, their technician Ruben whom I had spoke with earlier made a call and was able to get me scheduled the day of instead of the day after which really meant a lot to me since it was going to be 91 degrees. All Heart Heating and Cooling has a business model that allows their employees to make important decisions which in turn, sets their service apart from other AC service providers I’ve worked with in the past. Good Service, Good People, great service results. If you want above average service, I highly recommend you call All Heart Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

Reuben was professional, he explained the system and was honest when I asked how much longer will my 25 year old system last…”it’s hard to say, it depends on how often you use it and other variables….” Regarding 3 stars for convenience….they rescheduled me 4 times so that was annoying but not Rueben’s fault.
