Richard was an exceptionally professional representative. He arrived on time in a marked vehicle, in uniform and introduced himself. He brought a mat to place on my floor to avoid any mess. After listening to my explanation of my needs, He went to work. Richard evaluated my system and provided feedback as to the condition. He provided options for repair that are comprehensive and reasonable.
