Liz arrived a few minutes before appointment time (in my opinion, right on time). She reviewed with me the issues, spent over hour n half in the attic, in the house, all rooms, measuring all areas for pressure, output, thermal and wet bulb temps, looked at current system and opened the furnace in the attic. All brought her to the conclusion: the previous company was sellling on urgency and not what was needed. The previous company put in an R-407c condensor with an r-22 furnace/blower. While Liz (and direct contact with the Owner - Dillon-sorry if spelled incorrectly) surmised a new system is likely needed. They were to review options to repair the leak and price that up. Leak detection to be performed next day to determine if the leak can be repaired and the system recharged. While costly, the new system may be the right way. They are going to write up a quote for that and provide all financing options- including 12 months no interest. Thank you All Hart… That radio jingle is correct

Hermes was very professional and show respect for both of us. The price charged was too high , $800 plus to replace a motor that costs no more than $60 to me as a senior citizen is outrageous.

I am not happy with the new thermostat. I tried programming it. The air conditioning comes on for 30 seconds and then goes off. It will not come back on without going through the programming cycle again.
