Our AC stopped working and we were so afraid that it was going to cost a fortune to fix and that we would have to wait a long time to have it fixed or even worse not be able to fix it at all. We had already paid $99 for their offer of two yearly inspections to check the unit and just make sure all was well. Well while he was here he saw why the AC stopped working and just fixed it at no additional cost. He literally saved the day! I am in tears and so dreadful for Alan!
