Reuben was professional, he explained the system and was honest when I asked how much longer will my 25 year old system last…”it’s hard to say, it depends on how often you use it and other variables….” Regarding 3 stars for convenience….they rescheduled me 4 times so that was annoying but not Rueben’s fault.
