Jett was terrific! Polite, very thorough, and pleasant. Wish I could say the same about the office. We had scheduled a 11:00 to 2:00 appointment several weeks ago but it was 3:35 when he arrived. What really bothered me was that no one called to let me know the young man was running late. Not like my past experiences with All Seasons. Wasted an entire day & that's not acceptable.
