Andrew as to be one of the most knowledgeable individuals I ever meet. I never imagined that there was so many components involved in the operation of my Mitsubishi. Andrew must have a teaching back ground, he went step by step, the operation of the system, compressor, and all of five air handlers in my system. (Note, I happen to be a ASE automotive technician 8 level) he explained what he was looking for and the reason. Andrew inform me that my system was fully operational and the problem was the remote control settings. As a technician, that was a surprise. Since I was following Mitsubishi recommendation. Andrew reset my system and I got to say it never worked like this in the past. Andrew all I got to say many, many thanks, it was a pleasure meeting you, and a great education. Andrew, you are one of the best technication I have ever meet, and have meet many in my life. If I ever need A/C service, I know how to call.
