Rob came in earliest part of AM timeframe, which meant I didn’t have to wait. Got right to work. Assessed situation, explained what he found prob to be; came back after quick run to get parts. Fixed section of piping. Cleaned up after himself and spoke afterwards abt the situation. Wore his mask whole time in house and kept respectful distance. Extremely pleased with his service today.
