I am disappointed with timing. I was told in the morning that a technician would come between 12 and 3pm. At 2:50pm I called back, and was told I was "scheduled to be next". I called back an hour and a half later, and was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. This is total inconsideration and unprofessional.
