Arrived as scheduled and took care of our immediate issue Professionally We had advised on our initial call needing new insulation on the exterior lines but this was not relayed to the tech and did not have the supplies on truck to replace them Which will require another service call. Not a huge issue just a comment from my side that was an expectation this would have been addressed
