I realized 7 weeks after your service person came to my house on May 18th for simple preventative maintenance that he neglected to replace the side door to my outside air blower unit. It has rained many times since his visit and I am concerned that the inner workings and components having been exposed to the rain will cause erosion and damage and issues in the future.
