Discovered ACs attic fan motor in a homeowner’s house in the town of Manorville
I recently completed a spring maintenance checkup on a Rheem and Goodman split system for a new homeowner in the town of Manorville. This system consists of two units, one for the living room and one for the master bedroom. I inspected and cleaned the condenser coil, checked the refrigerant levels, adjusted the airflow, and tested the thermostat. I also lubricated the moving parts and checked the electrical connections. The system is now operating efficiently and reliably, providing the homeowner with comfortable indoor temperatures.
