Cesar Vairo is a very good technician, He has been here before, he is familiar with the equipment and did a very good job. However, I found out after the fact that if I wanted to have the filter changed I had to buy a case (twelve)! This is company policy and it is a bad policy. I could have bought my own filter and done it myself. I'd be dead by the time the last filter is used.
