Chris came out after hours & was so cheerful & helpful. He even took the time to take a video of the issue and answer a million questions from us, including explaining how our entire system works for someone who doesn't know the first thing about AC. He was quick and quiet- my toddler and newborn were sleeping under where he was working and they never even stirred. He even helped us figure out the best way to manage our system while our part is ordered to make sure our whole family can sleep comfortably. We can't say enough good things about how professional, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable he was! Someone should be letting him train others- you can't have enough workers like Chris.
