Outstanding Service!!!

We recently needed to replace an older, poorly configured central AC system. After consulting with multiple vendors, we hired North Bay AC and Heat due to their integrity and professionalism. Mark performed a thorough inspection of our entire existing system and provided us with multiple estimates, along with a detailed explanation of each of our options. He answered every question we asked, and there were plenty of questions! Once we made our decision, including replacing our old duct work to better match the new systems capabilities, Teresa got the work scheduled promptly and courteously. She was so nice! The service professionals installed everything quickly, professionally, and safely. And, cleaned everything as they went! All while we were working from home. We are so happy with our new system. Thank you North Bay for your honesty, professionalism and integrity!!!

Great experience

When it was time to replace my aging air conditioning system and ductwork I called Northbay Air. From scheduling the appointment, to receiving my quote and having the system installed, myExperience was nothing but positive. The service technicians were knowledgeable And hard-working. They took All precautions to protect my ceilings, my floors, And my home in general. I have used Northbay for more than 10 years now and I’ve had nothing but a great experience.

Great service. Quick install

The North Bay team did a fantastic job. The time from ordering the new AC to the install was very fast. My house is cooling better than it has in years.

Polite and personable installers

The installation was neat. The units work great. The only issue I had was that they left the front door wide-open for their convenience (coming in and out with equipment parts) during several hours of the downstairs furnace installation. That allowed any crawling or flying insect to enter the home, not to mention the potential for cats, dogs or unwanted people.

Excellent coordination and service

I am a first time customer of North Bay A/C. My initial contact was via cell phone followed up with an email with my specific instructions as to service requested. Coordination with Teresa allow on time visit by technician Mike Vereker with repair parts in hand. Total system check was performed and results explained on the go. Mike did a thermal scan of ceilings and recommended that hot spots be remedied with repositioning and additional insulation. Size of air inlet to HVAC unit was determined to be marginal and I took his suggestion to heart. Courteous and competent.
