Michael was knowledgeable about the work which needed to be done for maintenance and in the attic. He showed me pictures and explained what he was going to do. He answered my questions and made sure I had no other concerns. He was neat and careful to clean the areas where he had worked. He was polite, had a very good attitude and represents your company well.
