The guys came to fix our heater/thermostat and stayed until it was completely done, even though they had to have a new thermostat brought from the warehouse. They could have said they’d finish the following Monday but knew it was getting cold that night so they stayed. Very friendly, competent and efficient! Will definitely use Napps again!
