We "fired" our previous HVAC maintenance provider over a year ago and switched to HSI, and we're so glad we did! Our experiences with HSI since then have all been excellent -- from our initial contact with Carlos and John in the office, to the technicians who have come to our home. The tech who serviced our system today was Brandon Crocker. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what was working well, and what might need servicing or replacing in the near future. He also told me about HSI's new financing program. I'm totally pleased with HSI, its employees, and its service.
