Aaron was awesome! He came out quickly (on a Sunday!), and answered a few of my questions on the initial call which immediately made me confident in his abilities. I appreciated that he not only diagnosed and fixed my issues quickly, but throughout the process took the time to help me understand what the problems were and how they were affecting my unit. Aaron has the heart of a teacher and, as a relatively new homeowner with no HVAC background, I appreciated that he took the time to explain things without making me feel dumb or feel like I was inconveniencing him. Based on this experience alone I would definitely reach out to A-1 Heat and Air again in the future! Thanks Aaron!
