My most recent experience with GCBS was the same as all the others...always positive. There have been times when there were some small mishaps, but those happen to everyone, and the personnel at GCBS always fix them without fail. Being a local business, a friendly voice is always accessible, and one does not need to "jump though multiple hoops" to get to someone who can assist. Another plus is that GCBS always tries to stock the items we, as the customer, ask for. If they don't stock it, they soon do after being asked. Thank you to all at GCBS for making us feel like a living, breathing customer rather than an account number. Keep up the good work.
