I had a technician out to go a tune up on my furnace and take a peek at the ducting in my basement. I had questions about what a particular duct was for, because it wasn’t connected to my system and I wanted to see about ways to make my basement warmer. I had expected him to ‘sell me’ on getting some sort of work done, but he explained a few things to me and offered advice for how to correct it. And he tuned my furnace....

Amazing Service

We have had Jared out to our house twice in the last few months. Once for our air conditioner that a different company improperly installed, and once for routine maintenance on our furnace. Jared was great both times. He is knowledgeable and is also great at explaining things to customers. I am a new home owner and am not familiar with these machines; he has always been happy to explain them in terms I can understand. Overall we have had a great experience with Tiger!
