Scott Parker has been helping me with home & auto coverage for years now and I've never had better service. I've pummeled him with questions too and there's never been one he didn't answer quicky, thoroughly and cheerfully. Unfortunately this past year I had both a homeowner's claim and an auto claim and the Bollom & Parker office staff collectively steered me through them. Answered a client question regarding filing a claim.
Assisted client in paying her premiums for both her home and auto policies.
Helped client and made payment towards his auto premium to ensure there was no lapse in auto coverage.
Client called and stated he had not received his auto ID cards. I confirmed client's email address and promptly emailed them to him.
Replaced a vehicle on the policy with a new vehicle
Client called and stated she needed a copy of her tenant policy's Dec Page. A copy of same was promptly provided to client via email.
Client emailed to thank me for my help in getting his recurring credit card information re-established for both his home and auto policies. In the email, client asked if I could send him a copy of his auto ID cards to which I promptly sent.
