I recently sent our client two emails as a friendly reminder that he had a premium that was soon due. I advised client that we could take payment over the phone to ensure that there was no lapse in coverage. Client called today, gave me his credit card information and I promptly made a payment towards his policy. I then emailed client a copy of the payment receipt for his records.
