All work written up on the estimate was completed to our satisfaction and the price was very competitive with other quotes. Every Albers employee was very courtesy and preformed their work well. The two technicians were very patient with Anne and I explaining the operation of the unit and especially the operation of the thermostat. We are both in our 70's and appreciate their concern that we fully understand how the unit functions. We already recommended Albers to our neighbor who is changing his HVAC unit in the near future. The payment plan fits our budget very well because we are retired and live on a fixed income. The plan allow us to purchase the unit without having us borrow money at some high interest rate. We feel that Spencer and the entire crew had our best interest at heart and didn't treat us as just another customer. Thanks again, and we will recommend Albers to one and all. P.S.
