Checked the downstairs unit and found it low on charge. Leak checked the system and found leaks in the evaporator coils. Charged the unit with 410a refrigerant. Checked the operation of the heating, replaced the air filters and took amp readings on the fan motors. Recommended that the indoor coil be replaced.
Remove existing SS018 air handler and replace with SS025 air handler. Relocate condensate pump and extend copper freon lines and condensate line. Install 2 8” S/A and R/A ducts, boots and grilles
Checked the downstairs unit and found it low on charge. Leak checked the system did not find a leak at this time. Added a stop leak additive and charged the system with refrigerant. Checked the temperatures and pressures. Left the unit cooling to full capacity.
Checked the downstairs unit and found it flat out of refrigerant. Leak checked the indoor coil and found leaks the system will have to be replaced. The condensing units will need to be relocated. 26 feet of electrical and copper will need to be installed.
Replace 3 ton and 3.5 ton AC systems. Relocate condensers to new location. Includes new 16 SEER Carrier condensing units, evaporators, furnaces and drain pans. Also includes additional copper and electrical power wiring for relocated condensers.
Replaced the evaporator and condenser fan motors on the wine fridge.
