Taking temperatures on a package unit in denton, tx
Checked the lg mini split for an ice up problem. Leak checked the system and checked the refrigerant charge. Found it to be okay. Found bad bearing on the indoor blower motor. Replaced the bad blower motor.
Checked the de humidifier and found a leaking sharper valve. Recovered the refrigerant , replaced the leaking valve, pulled a deep vacuum and charged the system with R410a refrigerant. Started the unit and checked operation. Found that the compressor has some vibration, but it is still pumping. Left the unit running.
