Checked the operation of the A.C. Units. Checked the amp draw on the fan motors and compressors, took temperature readings across the coils. Cleared the condensate drains, replaced the air filters and washed the condenser coils. Checked for a water leak, found the units draining properly.

Checked the ice machine and found the sanitation light on. Removed the ice from the bin. Removed the sensor and water distribution container. Cleaned the parts, washed the condenser air filter. Added cleaning solution to the machine and ran it threw multiple cleaning cycles. Washed the ice bin and re started the machine. Recommend adding a water filtration unit to this ice machine.

Checked the rooftop units for hail damage. The number #1 which is the split is fine. The 2 package unit have intensive hail damage and will need to be replaced to the get the original efficiency.

Checked the unit that has the leak. Found that the unit is draining correctly. Sealed up the adapter curve with silicon. Recommended that a roofer seal up any leaks around the unit.

Installation of a Wine Guardian SS025 system. Equipment, cutouts in sheet rock, Electrical power wiring and disconnects provided by others. Included are cutouts in mechanical room floor, hoisting, hanging and rigging of air handler, setting condenser on condenser pad, whip from disconnects to units, condensate emergency pan with safety shutoff, freon lines and insulation, thermostat wire to condensing unit, themostat conduit and welding, evacuation and startup.

Replace existing minisplit type system with LRC air handler and copeland condensing unit. We recommend flushing out the lineset with flushing solution. Includes mounting air handler and condensing unit in same location and reconnection to existing freon lines and communication wire to condensing unit

Checked the attic for the refrigerant leak. Cannot access the leak from the attic. The access is on the out side of the roof. Cannot safely get to the refrigerant lines.

Checked the system and found that the humidity drops when the unit is on. Found the humidistat of calibration calibrated the sensor and operated the unit with no problems. Sealed the boots in the attic with spray foam. Replaced the thermostat and added a remote sensor per Mary's request. Found excessive moisture in the thermostat electrical box. Tapped and insulated the box.

Checked the system and found it out of refrigerant. Leak checked the system and found a large leak in the evaporator coil. The coil will have to be replaced. Charged the unit with R22 refrigerant per customers request.

Replace existing 3.5 ton R-22 condensing unit and evaporator coil with new Carrier 16 SEER R-410A condensing unit and evaporator coil. Includes removal and disposal of existing system, installation of new system, liquid line filter drier, R-410A refrigerant, welding, evacuation, startup and testing. Warranty: 10 years parts/ 10 years compressor/ 10 years coil/ 1 year labor

Checked the restaurant for a no cooling call on the kitchen area. Located the air handlers in the kitchen and condensers on the roof. Found the unit low on charge. Leak checked the system did not find a leak at this time. Charged the system with refrigerant . Left the unit cooling to full capacity.
