Jose has serviced my unit several times and each time he has appeared to be focused on doing everything needed to insure things are working as they should. He is careful and does not rush through just getting it done. At least a couple of times he has identified items that potentially could become problems if not addressed. With my permission he has handled each of them while he was there doing the preventive maintenance check. I have never had any down time on my unit where I had to call for service and I have had the unit for several years. Jose is easy to work with and a true gentlemen. He is certainly a complement to Walker Heating & Cooling.
