I had the privilege of meeting Mr William Hulme, while he came to my home to install a new E Nest thermostat. It was like meeting an old friend, he understood my needs and did the installation, I learned that the thermostat was too smart for me so the following day he came back and reinstalled my old thermostat. He went beyond what I expected and looked at my furnace and discovered the collector plates had never been cleaned. He cleaned them and I have signed up for the maintenance membership program with Total Comfort. Thank you Willie

Mr. Hulme was right on time, wore paper slippers when inside. Viewed the house, our heater unit and then our outdoor unit. We discussed ton, seer and heating needs. He answered all my questions and my quote was in my email early that afternoon. Quite happy with the service!!
