Myron has been to my house few times over the years to take care of the heating and cooling systems. He is always very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Today he was assigned to do something outside his expertise, but he tried and fixed the problem. He is excellent! But to get this appointment, I called few times to the office to have someone coming over.
