My furnace quit running on the coldest morning of the year so far. Called One Hour at 5:45 AM. Great service by the lady who answers the phone, a call back from Mindy before 8:00AM and Jeff at my house by 8:30 AM. Furnace fixed! Anyone who wants better service then that is being unrealistic. Thanks to all!
