Omg BILLY HOPKINS where do I begin such an amazing person EVER...bless his heart he was sweating out in this heat but he never once was rude, sometimes the heat can make a person get an attitude or frustrated and he was just the most patient person ever VERY RESPECTFUL I am super blessed we had him as a tech like SERIOUSLY WORDS COULD NOT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING HE DID...My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EVER
