The entire process from original bid to installation was very professional. Mr. Gonzales was readily available to answers questions. His bid was competitive and I chose Maddox because of their strong reputation. George and Jesus were very professional as installers. They also took time to answer my questions and explain how to operate the new A/C system. I don't expect any problems but believe if I do experience any, Maddox Air will be there to take care of them.
