Maddox was quick to respond when we thought we may need a new AC unit. The bid process was fast with great technology. All options were presented easily through email and we were able compare and choose the route best for us. Installation was completed in 1 day, and they left with 0 mess for me to clean up! Everyone with Maddox we have worked with have been respectful and courteous and more than helpful. I look forward to using them to maintenance and maintain both of my AC units from here on out.
