Brandon from ICS conducted a follow up service call regarding our new mini split HVAC install from 6 months ago. He wanted to go over the system to check out it's performance as well as answer any questions related to it's operation. He explained everything that the units were capable of and suggested several settings to get the best experience. As I mentioned he was very informative and was very attentive to any questions that I and my wife had. Extremely professional and customer focused on meeting any of our questions or concerns. Represented ICS wonderfully in keeping with the quality of service that we have experienced from our initial contact with the company.
