Brandon from ICS conducted a follow up service call regarding our new mini split HVAC install from 6 months ago. He wanted to go over the system to check out it's performance as well as answer any questions related to it's operation. He explained everything that the units were capable of and suggested several settings to get the best experience. As I mentioned he was very informative and was very attentive to any questions that I and my wife had. Extremely professional and customer focused on meeting any of our questions or concerns. Represented ICS wonderfully in keeping with the quality of service that we have experienced from our initial contact with the company. ICS has been a joy to work with offering a level of service that goes beyond expectations. Always a pleasure.

From sales to installation, these guys were nothing but EXCELLENT! Once we were sold on the system, the men came two weeks later to begin the job. The three gentlemen were Jose (the lead of the team), David and Marlon. They were nothing but courteous, professional,hard working and personable. They were here for 3 days, 8am until 5or 6pm... And I was nothing but comfortable having them here, and leaving them to pick up and drop off my kids at school. It was a very big job, and they left my house as clean as when they came. Shoes on and off (or booties covering) going in and out of the house, tarps down... everything installed beautifully! They consulted with us in every decision as far as placement of lines and units...Jose even offered to move the two large condensers if I wanted, after they were placed (but before they were connected!) I didn't want them moved but he was very considerate of everything. They were kind to my two young kids and were just a pleasure to have around. The disruption didn't seem so bad because of them! They're work is impeccable and I would definitely use them again!! The AC units are SILENT and powerful!!! We couldn't be happier or more satisfied!!!
