From scoping to installation, Len and Harry were available to answer all emails and texts. They are good professionals. We had no involvement on the day of installation. They understood our need, which was more like the opposite of why people install splits, and provided the right solution. They aren’t pushy in selling. And are still helpful even after we made the payments. Jose was good with installation and finished well. Hopefully, things go well for us from here with the splits.
