The service man was on time very polite did his work gave me a check off list of things he had checked everything was ok. He had me sign that the work was completed and he left. He wore paper coverings on his shoes as it had been raining. I have always been pleased with the service.

I have used Hightower Service for the past 40 years and been well satisfied. But I must say I have never had a service repairman as thorough and informative and professional as Cliff Wright! This man is exceptional and I will always request that he be the person to service my units!!! He is a true blessing!
