Cliff came from Hightower to do my HVAC checkup and service. He called about 30 minutes before arriving, arrived during the scheduled time, checked out the HVAC and left everything as he found it. My chihuahua, who usually terrorizes everyone who comes to the door, even liked him. I’ve used Hightower for over twenty years and will never change.
