F&H fixed our problem but they were supposed to be there between 2 and 4. When 4 came and they hadn’t turned up I called and asked if they were still coming. I was told yes, but they’d call the technician and call me back with a specific time. I waited for two more hours — no word. Finally around 6 they emailed and said he’d be there between 7 and 8. He arrived at 7:30 —3.5 hours late. I had taken the day off unnecessarily. I realize technicians can get behind schedule but it is important to communicate and keep waiting customers updated. They didn’t do that in my case.
