Today (19 Oct’21) Brian Sperry serviced our old Frigidaire gas furnace that was installed in the home back in 2008. We recently purchased this home so we were worried about having heat through the upcoming winter. Though the unit was old Brian was very familiar with it and within 15 minutes after arriving he found the problem. Brian advised us on which part needed to be replaced and that he knew where to obtained it. Thirty minutes later Brian was back with the part. It only took another 30 minutes to finalize the remove & replace. Not counting the driving time Brian completed our repair in less than 2 hours. Brian is personable, efficient, and has excellent customer service skills along with his wonderful mechanical skill set. I would recommend Brian to anyone needing help with their furnace issues.
